Insulation : Polyurethane foam in a one shot injection, reticulate foam with closed cells with a density of40 to 45 Kg/m3, with a flame retardant additive according European B2 standard.

Option : microporous insulation panels for extreme conditions

Microporous insulation panels offers an extremely low thermal conductivity, close to the lowest theoretically possible at high temperatures. They are over-injected with polyurethane.

Thickness : 30 mm PUR or PUR+microporous pannels

The Labopack technique eliminates thermal bridges while providing excellent shock resistance, much better than for expanded or extruded polystyrene foam packaging and assembled panels.
Insultation duration : from 24 to over 160 hours, according to the cold source and the thickness of the insulation.
